Many of you have probably seen the interviews that are popping up all over Xanga. craktpot was kind enough to ask me the following interview questions.
If anyone else would like to interview me, feel free. If you would like me to interview you, please ask me in the comment section of this blog. Bear in mind that I am going to be gone for 2 weeks, so it will be awhile before I will be able to do it.
The interview rules, craktpot’s questions, and my replies follow.
Rules:
1 — Leave a comment, saying you want to be interviewed.
2 — I will respond; I’ll ask you five questions.
3 — You’ll update your journal with my five questions, and your five answers.
4 — You’ll include this explanation.
5 — You’ll ask other people five questions when they want to be interviewed.
Questions:
1. If you could live anywhere with anyone, where would you live and with whom?
Actually, I am very happy living where I live and being with my husband. I would not mind ensuring that I will be the one to go first. I do not want to be without him. I like the small town we live in, but there are things about living in the city that I miss. It would be great to be back there at least some of the time.
We have talked about renting a house in England for a few months. It would be great if we could do that sometime.
2. What is the one thing you wish you had that money cannot buy?
That is a very tough question. In general, I am very satisfied with my life and it is difficult for me to come up with something that I want and do not have. There are questions that I would have liked to have asked my mom while she was living. It would be nice to have an opportunity to do that.
As you know if you have been reading my blog, I had a friendship that died a slow and painful death. I wish that could have turned out differently, but there was nothing I could do about it. For me to change the situation would have required that I accept that person’s right to exert control over me and I could not do that.
3. If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be?
I could definintely use more patience. It has never been one of my virtues and it makes me very sad sometimes when I see how impatient I can get with people.
Physically, of course it would be great to be a statuesque blonde.
4. What do you like to do in your free time?
I love to read, to cook, to bake, and to sew. I love to go to lunch with friends and just sit and talk. My husband and I like to ride bicycles – we have not been able to do much of that this summer. We like to spend time with our children and grandchildren. In larger hunks of free time, we like to travel. I spend quite a bit of time here on Xanga. In fact, I have to set limits on that. And then, of course, there is my concert habit.
5. Who/what do you love most of all?
A very easy question! My husband and my family.

These are most excellent answers, Nancy!! I’ve been quite slack about getting over here to give you your interview questions and I apologize for that and say if you wish to not answer these that is A-OKAY! But if you do, here they are!
1 – Who would you cast as yourself in your own movie?
2 – Are you completely honest in situations where your name isn’t used?
3 – What is your most proudest moment?
4 – What song (s) best describes you?
5 – Would you ever run for political office?
Your answers are very genuine and kind Nancy . I like them .
I wish you had a great trip and stay in Bermuda . i will think of both you .
Love Michel
When you return from vacation, feel free to interview me. And be sure to let me know if you want me to reciprocate.
Pass some patience on to me!
